Do I need permission from my shop?
No. Flat Rate Tracker is your personal log. It doesn't connect to the shop's system, and it doesn't require manager approval.
Does this replace my DMS?
No. It runs alongside your shop's software. Your DMS is for the dealership - Flat Rate Tracker is for you to track your jobs, hours, and pay history.
Can I track jobs separately from workorders?
Yes. You add individual jobs and attach them to workorders, so you can see both the RO totals and the jobs that built them.
What kind of reports can I run?
You can view daily, weekly, monthly, and custom range reports with totals and pace, so you always know where you stand before payroll.
Is there an iPhone or Android app?
Android users can install Flat Rate Tracker from Google Play. iPhone and iPad users can install the Flat Rate Tracker web app to their Home Screen from the iPhone install page. There is not currently a native iOS App Store app, and the application also works through a browser.
Is my data private?
Yes. Nothing you log - jobs, workorders, or pay info - is shared with your shop or anyone else. Your account is for you only.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. No contracts, no minimum term, and no hidden fees.
