One support address covers both apps. They are separate products, so tell us which one you need help with.

Subscription app

Flat Rate Tracker

Uses an account and syncs your records across the web and Android (iOS coming soon), with Solo, Pro, and Team subscription plans. New accounts start with a 14-day Pro trial.

Can’t log in?

Verify your email address and password.
Make sure you have an internet connection.
Try closing the app and opening it again.

If the issue continues, email us.

Managing your subscription

Where you manage your subscription depends on where you bought it.

Web: sign in to the web app, open your Account page, and select Manage subscription to view, change, or cancel.
Apple App Store: billed by Apple. Manage or cancel it in your App Store subscriptions. We can’t cancel App Store billing for you.
Google Play: billed by Google. Manage or cancel it in your Google Play subscriptions. We can’t cancel Google Play billing for you.
Team plans: billed on the web only. The Team owner manages Team billing from the Team area of their account on the web.

Your subscription is tied to your account, so signing in restores access. If an App Store or Google Play subscription isn’t showing on your account, use Restore Purchases in the app on that device.

You can delete your account and its synced records from the web or the app. See how to delete your account for the steps and what happens to your data.

Offline one-time-purchase app

Flat Rate Tracker One

A $9.99 one-time purchase, not a subscription. No account is required for day-to-day use.

Works offline

Flat Rate Tracker One is designed to work offline. Your records are stored locally on the device.

Feature differences

Scan RO, PayTrack, ToolTrack, photos, and Team are Flat Rate Tracker features and are not included in Flat Rate Tracker One.
