- Work that crosses days or pay periods
- Adjustments and a visible flagging history

Questions, answered
What technicians ask about Hour tracking.
Practical details before you put the feature to work.
How does Flat Rate Tracker calculate flagged hours?
Flagged hours come from the labor time you record on each job and the amount you mark as flagged. Partial flags and signed adjustments update the period total while keeping a history on the work order.
Can I track multiple jobs on one work order?
Yes. A work order can include multiple jobs, and each job can have its own hours and labor type.
Can I adjust hours after saving a work order?
Yes. You can add or remove flagged hours after saving. Flat Rate Tracker keeps the flagging history so the changes remain visible.
Can I track estimated earnings?
Yes. Add your pay settings and Flat Rate Tracker can estimate earnings from the work you have flagged. PayTrack pay stub comparisons are a separate Pro feature.
Can I attach photos to a work order?
Yes. Work Order Photos are available with Pro and Team plans. From a desktop Work Order, you can display a QR code, scan it with your phone, take or choose photos, and send them back to the Work Order in your desktop session.
